Hospital work is where precision is not optional. Medical vacuum, medical air, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide each run labeled and separated, in rows that read at a glance.
The same discipline applies to every overhead we run: water, waste and vent, each in its own clean configuration.

The people who set these systems have done it for years, and they train the ones coming up behind them. Layout is checked twice, hangers land on centre, and nothing leaves the shop or the truck that is not ready to install.
Before the pour
Underslab work you will never see again.
Drain, waste and vent stub-ups set to layout over the vapor barrier and rebar, capped and checked before concrete. It is the last time anyone sees this work, which is why it is done right.
